Father, thank You for Your blessings upon our lives. By the power of the Holy Spirit, our eyes are continually open to see and walk in the reality of the same in Jesus’ name. Amen.
How are you, everybody? I hope we are not allowing the chaos to affect the consciousness of your Christ Identity. Never ever forget, that in all things, YOU ARE BLESSED.
Nigeria too is blessed in the name of Jesus. We are blessed with righteous men and women, we are blessed with God-ordained leaders. Amen…

So tonight, we’ll be looking at WORSHIP, yep WORSHIP.
For many of us, we see worship as singing and dancing, which is a good thing.
It is a good thing to sing and dance to the Lord. It is a good thing to clap, jump and wave unto the Lord.
Jesus did not abolish that one when He came o😂. Somebody said we should not dance or clap again.
Las las, we wipe am oraimo cord.
Even the devil and demons can’t say such a thing.
You see, Worship consists of so many things but these things have their root in something.
So in Worship, we see dancing, praying, clapping, jumping, using musical instruments, laughing, crying, and rejoicing!!
However, they have their foundation in something.
Worship has its foundation in SERVICE TO GOD.
If it’s not borne out of service to God, it doesn’t qualify to be called Worship.
The opposite of worship is actually Idolatry i.e giving what belongs to God, to another.
God even said this Himself:
“You shall have no other gods before Me. “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;
[Exodus 20:3 – 4 NKJV]
The New Testament rendition of this would be seen in this text:
And WHATEVER you do in word or deed, DO ALL IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
[Colossians 3:17 NKJV]
Another one will be:
And WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT HEARTILY, AS TO THE LORD and not to men,
Colossians 3:23 NKJV
It’s very important that I say this, NO ONE CAN TRULY SERVE GOD EXCEPT BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
The difference between the Law of Moses and the Gospel of Jesus is the Spirit.
So Jesus says this:
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
John 4:23 – 24 NKJV
But hold on a minute!!!! What is Jesus saying??
Does that mean David didn’t worship God?? What about Abraham? Moses?? Samuel??
Well, they actually did, now you’ll notice amongst all of them, particularly David, had learned to work with the anointing of the Spirit UPON them.
It was acceptable to God because that was their dispensation.
But NOW, we are in a greater and higher dispensation.
The dispensation of the Spirit, where according to the Prophet Joel, God has poured out His Spirit into the hearts of men.
The dispensation where God is no longer without. He is now within!
The dispensation where God has put His laws and commandments into the hearts of men!
We are of the generation that worships God in the Spirit by the Spirit.
